The Achtseweg, on the rail side of Strijp-T, one of the access roads that will be connected to the city ring (Beukenlaan) is being created. The Achtseweg thus becomes a front for Strijp-T, with new entrances and improved orientation toward the station. At the station, the Klokgebouw and building TQ together form the two important buildings on the future station square.
The Swan Street/Oirschot Dikewill largely become a bicycle street, inaccessible to cars. Strijp-T will thereby also gain an attractive green route for slow traffic with a good connection to the extended Torenallee, the junction with Strijp-S. A possible cross-connection between the Halvemaanstraat and the Achtseweg south links Strijp-T with Strijp-R and Drents village.
